Alpaca Stereoviews

This stereoview is titled:
“The blue-eyed White Alpaca from the Andean foothills of South America, Bronx Park.”

(It looks suspiciously like a llama though, rather than an alpaca.)

Alpaca, (Llama Pacos) from South America, in the Zoo, Lincoln Park,
Chicago, Illinois, White, 1907.

The title on this stereo picture of alpacas is “Alpacas, Peru, S. A.”

The close-up below though, shows a typical fence of the type used in North America.
Most of the llamas and alpacas in South America are enclosed with stone walls.

The title on this stereoview is “1229 South American Llamas”.
(They are actually alpacas.)

It is a two-sided card with kangaroos on the other side,
part of a set of photos taken in Central Park, New York.
